These terms apply to the Powerspeed Taekwondo website and to text messages you receive from Powerspeed Taekwondo, 5912 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx, NY 10471. By using the site or agreeing to receive texts, you accept them.

Text message terms

What you'll receive. When you give us your mobile number in a form on this site and agree to receive texts, Powerspeed Taekwondo may send you messages about your trial class and bookings, reminders, replies to your questions, and news about our programs.

How often. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out, and then no more unless you sign up again.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, call 430-888-0089, or email info@powerspeedtaekwondo.com.

Not a condition of purchase. You don't have to agree to texts to train with us or buy anything from us.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. How we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for their marketing.

Using this website

The content. The text, photos, videos, logo and design on this site belong to Powerspeed Taekwondo or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please don't copy or reuse them for anything else without asking us.

Information on the site. We work to keep what's here accurate and current, but programs, class times and offers can change. Call us to confirm anything before you rely on it.

Training is physical. Martial arts training is physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting if you have a health condition or an injury, and tell your instructor about it. You may be asked to complete registration paperwork, such as a waiver, before you or your child train.

Forms and bookings. Please give accurate information when you fill in a form or book a class. Submitting a form or booking a trial class does not create a membership or any obligation to join.

Links. We link to other sites, such as Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Powerspeed Taekwondo is not liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on its content.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
